Judges will consider the following criteria to evaluate projects
- Originality - Are graphics, ideas, and concepts created from scratch?
- Creativity - Are ideas and concepts unique and innovative?
- Interactivity - Is project user-friendly and interactive?
- Organization - Are all sources cited? Are all files working properly?
- Wow Factor - Are judges impressed project's performance and user engagement?
- Quality of Presentation & Reflection - Can students clearly articulate what they learned through project development and reflection?

Judges
Projects will be evaluated by a judging committee organized and hosted by OpenWorld Learning. This committee will be represented by local technology and education experts from universities, corporations, DPS, and other nonprofit groups.
